With just 9.3% of revenues coming from Europe, Company should be in a better position than some of its peers to face the threats arising from the ongoing situation in that geography. Also, Company is expanding by setting up operations in Odisha, adding capacity at Noida and buying additional space in Bengaluru. It has recently received shareholder approval to raise additional 1400 crores, presumably to fund acquisitions. They had recently incorporated a subsidiary to focus on healthcare space.
I like this company – strong corporate governance, no debt and appears to be expanding both in building capacity and targeting new industry vertical. For a quick take you may refer to the link – Happiest Minds’ 2nd quarter results – YouTube
