Geneva Portfolio

Hello Community,

I have a 10 months experience in Market.
I have bought polyplex in my portfolio from March. on every fall I kept adding more Its my Largest holding in my portfolio.
Few reasons for buying the stocks are

1. Company has Tremendous Growth
2. High divident Stock
3. Big investor : Sunil Sighnia , Dolly khana
4. Well Diversified geographically
   Risk know:
   Raw material depends on crude, plastic ban

my polyplex holding down around 20% From where are i bought.
I heard buyout deal, sunil sighnia exiting completely. Should i book a loss or should i wait ? Thanks in advance
