I love this site. I just have a few observations.
I feel the members should abide by the terms. I also feel that while I appreciate their concern, admin should avoid govt organisations type of language. I have worked in govt for 37 years and “will not be tolerated” smacks of govt circulars. May be it could be worded like, “In the case of any violation of these guidelines we may feel compelled to delete the post. Members are expected to follow the guidelines and respect the character of this site.”
While the members should respect the guidelines, they should also get a feeling that the site respects them.
Why not have scope for feedback? Members may also point out if any post appears to violate the guidelines.
