The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty opened weak on Monday tracking weak global cues. At 9.23 am, Sensex was down 203.80 points at 26,015.11.
Similarly, Nifty was down 66.05 points at 7,915.85 during the same time.

Sun Pharma: The pharma major is selling erstwhile Ranbaxy’s two divisions in central nervous system (CNS) segment in India to Strides Arcolab for Rs 165 crore.
DLF: The realty major on Sunday said that it will be opening its sixth mall in Delhi-NCR by May next year at an investment of Rs 300 crore.
Tata Steel: The company has raised more than Rs 4,100 crore through the sale of non-core assets so far this fiscal as part of efforts to strengthen its balance sheet and generate cash.
Bharti Airtel: The third largest mobile services provider globally with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, on Saturday announced the commercial launch of its high speed 4G services (also called LTE).
Hotel Leelaventure: The company has agreed to sell a hotel in Goa to a Malaysian company MetTube Sdn for Rs 725 crore as the luxury hotels operator strives to cut its debt.
National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC): The government company has secured work order amounting Rs 197 crore (Approximately) from Ministry of Textiles for the Construction of Trade Facilitation Centre and Crafts Museum at Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh).
Bharat Petroleum Corporation(BPCL): The state-run oil refiner is all set to start work on the petrochemicals complex in Kochi with all green clearances in place and securing a Rs 4,000-crore loan commitment from State Bank of India.
