Just adding an article which I read today about REIT as a good way to get exposure to commercial real estate.
I took a tracking position of 5 units in mindspace REIT last week after going through the thread. I got an email today about the distribution which clearly shows how much is the interest, dividend, other income and total.
@Malkd, Is only the interest part taxable for the individual / investor?
