actually stock has fell from 1500 to 300 one side ,care ratings has lost its credibility ,revenues are also on declines ,icra and care are far more better pick than care ,care is not able to cross 600 also ,on every rise stock is seeing selling and some or the other smart player getting out and small retailers kept on buying as stock was cheap ,and retailers got stuck and smart players exited ,now management is also not that strong ,better to exit or avoid care ratings
