Apollo Hospital : The one stop healthcare service

While what they have done is great, I had few questions that make me slightly uncomfortable with Apollo Hospitals –

1. Their digital business Apollo 24/7 has done pretty average over past 2-3 years. I have used that app few times in last 1-2 years – (1) UI/UX is confusing, (2) Despite such a brand & doctor network, doctor has not scaled up, even the process of interaction is not very seamless within the app (it appears very impersonal approach), (3) Pharmacy orders have been delayed 2/3 times I ordered, and reaching their customer care is a nightmare. With all this, as an investor I am not sure how much to value them for 400-500 crore annual EBIDTA losses.

2. On their succession plan, promoters have 30% in company, It is now run by 4 daughters who have run it cordially till now. But need more clarity of next one in line, or any professional who will take front seat.
