The broader market ended on a negative note. The CNX Nifty Junior slipped 1.4% to 19,387. The Midcap index was down 1.4% at 12,646, and the Smallcap index tanked 1.6% to 5,114. The India VIX (Volatility) index is up 13.53% to 20.63.
