Recently, I am noticing that the working team at the bank is getting notorious with CCs. They have been behind my life to give me a wealth card. Here is what happened:-

1. Their so-called automated system identified me as a valued customer and would want me to have a wealth card.
2. I start getting floods of calls with every exec from IDFCFB offering me the CC
3. I politely push them back several times however, one of the execs told me that since this system-generated alert is sent across to all the regions/states of IDFCFB, I will keep getting calls from all the sales rep from different geo’s offering me the card. And he even did not budge when I threatened to give up my savings ac if this stupidity did not stop.
4. I called my relationship manager and asked her to fix this and apparently, I haven’t gotten any calls for the past 2 days.
   Hopefully, it remains this way.
