Agree with the views that Green Hydrogen may not be able to disrupt the transport and Auto Sector in near future.
Infact we have discussed right at the begining of the thread that as of today, almost 90% of World’s Hydrogen Production goes to meet the demand / requirement of Two major consumer Industries namely Fertiliser and Petroleum refineries and these Hydrogen currently being produced from Carbon fuels need to be decarbonised first.,( you may please refer the first introductory post in this thread).
However Green hydrogen for Auto sector and power generation have already begun gradually.
so, the companies those are engaged in Green Hydrogen/ Solar / wind/ Hydro energy production are going to get benefitted during next 4-5 years
Needless to say that Green hydrogen is the theme of the next decade for the entire world and India is not an exception. India is in a sweet spot as Sun God/ Wind God / Rain God are very kind and we are plenty with these renewables resources 365 days in a year and added to this we are having one of the largest land mass in the world and so the world is also looking for sourcing Green Hydrogen from India.
Looks crazy but true that many nations who are not lucky to have vast land mass like ours and in absence of Sun God / Wind God / Rain God all throughout 365 days in the year to produce renewables in their country , have already started renewable projects to produce Green hydrogen in (1) Deserts (2) Off-Shore floating Solar panels (3) Off shore Wind mills ( In fact Cochin shipyard has recently received orders from European countries to make ships to house
off-shore Wind mills)
