@Rajat4636 with due respect, please read the original question. I have now repeated this many times and I simply dont think its adding to the value of the forum. The forum exists to help each other. If you post something contrary to what my belief is I would be grateful to you, even if I am wrong without any ego.
Now the op was certain that any advice requires you to be SEBI registered. He didnt want clarification on that.
He was asking if he starts a paid subscription under disguise of posting the portfolio, will sebi deem it to be advice.
Your profile says you are a lawyer however you dont have many contributions to the forum.
I really dont know how you cannot comprehand the question in the first place.
I wont be posting any more clarification on this subject unless you bring something else that adds value for everyone
