My idea was to build a platform around this concept(MVP is in-progress). Probably, I will share more details a bit later on this – in simple words, a credible investor should be able to expose a VERIFIABLE(In sync with the brokers) portfolio on the “platform” (avg buy price, allocation, the thesis of investment) so that interested fellow investors could get portfolio updates.
For example, If you have 10+ years of verifiable track record and are able to generate 20-25% CAGR I don’t mind paying a bit to subscribe to your portfolio and clone some of your ideas in the future as I get to see them.

You’re right, SEBI is moving in that direction, it also would like to encourage fintech startups where the track record of a system or user data is auditable. When I say, I have a track record of 25% CAGR for the last 10 years, that should be auditable.
