Being an industry insider, I would suggest to read all these sector reports with a pinch of salt. There is much gung-ho for renewable industry thanks to Adani valuation, but it is only when the tide goes we will come to know who was swimming naked.
Wind power is a sun set industry. For good realization in wind power plant we need good wind velocity or the turbine needs to be placed at very higher level. There are not many good wind velocity sites left. That is the reason that solar overtook wind and Europe going for off shore wind.
All that potential capacity that are usually mentioned in reports would be at an unfeasible location or have some sorts of other problems in my opinion. If there was so much scope then Suzlon would not be on verge to become bankrupt. Another company that you can compare is Sterling and Wilson renewables, though it is in solar but has EPC + O&M business that works on similar lines.
