Somehow this company does not inspire confidence. May be it is its foray into too many areas. Could be the publicity blitz, or perhaps the opacity.
A company which has a 100 cr investment here and before it shows any concrete results, jumps to make another investment in a totally unconnected area, drones and EV bikes for example, appears to lack focus. Most efficient companies have clear focus. The conglomerates like the Tatas or the Reliance of course would be different.
And what are we to make out when we do not see the source of finance of these purchases? Are these purchases leveraged?
Too fast growth and forays into so many areas without clear financial backbone has often created a Future group type of situation.
