• If one makes ‘Marketing & advertisement expense’ equitable across all businesses, Nykaa’s OPM is at Par. Key question is whether Nykaa has the room to scale down this expense to such an extent or not…?
• All except Nykaa are potbellied after Operating profit. Interest and Depreciation as % of Operating Profit add up to more than 100%. Nothing from operating profit falls to the Net Profit.
