Industrial mix solutions purchase ended nicely since GMM aquired the 2.5 cr purchase for 29 cr.
The consideration of Rs 16 crores will be brought in by the shareholders of Rieco Limited as ICDs/FDs in Sudarshan.
I was sceptical on reico one too as currently i.e. Q3fy23 they have not been able to turn around this business & are already thinking about divesting it. It was interesting as it was a part of the Rathi gp of Companies, they acquired 100% stake in Rieco Ind ltd, owned by Rathi family
