Multibagger IT stock rises over 4% on acquisition of Quant Systems
Sonata Software is to make an upfront payment of $65 million and a $95 million achievement-based payment over the next two years. The acquisition is a cash deal and expected to be closed within 30 days subject to the completion of customary closing conditions.
