According to Atul Shinghal of Scripbox, if you are 40 and earning a reasonable salary, by the time you are 60, you could build a corpus of Rs 10-12 crore, if not more, by just investing a lakh. So while the Rs 10 crore looks like a very far away number and scares you, if you break it down, you can get there and that is really important.
