Excel sheet needed for keeping track of stock and option trades

Thanks for this wonderful and helpful forum. I am particularly looking for premade excel sheet which helps in keeping track of your investment & trade in stocks and options, which also shows profit and loss for trades.

You all must be keeping data of your trades in excel , it would help a lot if anyone can share the pre formatted excel sheet , where we can just put data and it shows actual profit or loss.

Hope i am able to convey what I am looking for.
