Auto stocks gain on robust FY23 sales; Hero MotoCorp, Maruti, Bajaj Auto rise over 2%
The sales grew to a record 3.9 million units in the last fiscal year ended 31 March 2023. Nifty Auto was the best-performing index among the sectoral indices and was last trading at 12,414.40, up 170.60 points or 1.39% in a lacklustre market.
