Yes, it can be. I have a friend doing it for around fifteen years. Now, he has really matured and makes very good profit every year.Really, VERY GOOD.I asked him yesterday whether he follows any known investor/trader.His answer was simple and prompt-“No. I have learnt using my own permutations and combinations, improvising by trial and error.”He keeps a low profile, and has not created much wealth.But he is managing the family well including the good education of his three children, so compounding doesn’t happen.I think its commendable, if one is managing the expenses well with only F & O income.
