According to end-user surveys conducted by Gartner, IT spending growth is expected to be between 9-10% in the next three years, with 85% of respondents saying they would maintain or increase their budgets despite economic uncertainties. While the industry as a whole is taking a cautious approach, Mishra sees opportunities for IT service providers.
