ICICI Pru Life Q4 Results: PAT rises 26% YoY to Rs 235 crore; VNB up 36%

ICICI Pru Life’s consolidated net profit for Q4 increased by 26% YoY to Rs 235 crore, while the new business premium grew by 18% YoY to Rs 5,635 crore. The value of the new business also grew by 36% YoY to Rs 1,055 crore for the March quarter. The company doubled the FY19 value of the new business in FY23 with a four-year CAGR of 20.1%. ICICI Pru Life’s board approved a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share for the fiscal year 2022-23.
