Excise policy case: Sisodia seeks bail in HC on ground of parity, absence of money trail
Former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, who was arrested in connection with the excise policy scam case, appealed to the Delhi High Court to grant him bail as no money trail linking him to the alleged crime has been found. Sisodia’s counsel argued that he isn’t capable of influencing witnesses or interfering with evidence; and that other accused were granted bail or not arrested.
