Congress promises 75% quota if voted to power in Karnataka
Karnataka has a 2002 reservation policy according to which OBC and SC/ST communities have quotas in government/PSU jobs and in education. The former CM, in a statement, responded to home minister Amit Shah’s comments, saying that the Congress would increase the overall quota, and not snatch that of any community to increase the quota of others.
