Modi mentioned about Opposition leader Siddaramaiah’s recent comment that the “Lingayat CMs were corrupt,” though he did not take his name, while refusing to acknowledge the former CM’s clarification he never meant any offence to Lingayats, but his remarks were targeted only at chief minister Basavaraj Bommai.
