Mr. Sushil Kumar Agarwal has stepped down from his role as the Managing Director of the Company. The stock has reacted to the news and corrected around 3% from yesterday’s closing price. Mr. Aggarwal trimmed his shareholding from 3.3% to 1.55% a couple of weeks ago.
