Board has appointed Mr. Sachinder Bhinder as MD of the company.
He has 3 years of experience with HDFC home loan business for a particular region.
And he have been working in Kotak Mahindra bank for 15 years as senior vice president & business head of Home finance.
Overall the past experience looks excellent but still unable to understand the reason for overreaction of the market. The stock is down 50% from its top now.
