Modi’s attack on the Congress came at BJP election rallies he addressed at Ballari and Tumakuru on the first day of his last leg of 3-day tour of Karnataka. Urging voters to give a full majority to the BJP in the May 10 assembly polls, he wondered if the Congress, with its soft approach to elements supporting terrorist tendencies, could ever protect Karnataka.
