Manipur: Setback for CM N Biren Singh’s hills outreach campaign
Manipur chief minister N Biren Singh’s hills outreach campaign suffered a setback as the state is witnessing serious ethnic clashes between different communities. Hills have often alleged apathy and step motherly treatment. Last year, Naga People’s Front (NPF) campaign stated that this assembly polls in Manipur is for Naga unity.
