VIP Industries Q4: Firm posts net loss at Rs 4.26 crore

VIP Industries reported a net loss of INR 4.26 crore for Q4 ended March 2023, attributed to an exceptional loss related to a fire at a plant in Bangladesh. However, the company’s quarterly revenue rose by 26.6% YoY, touching INR 450.57 crore. VIP Industries’ total expenses in Q4 increased by 19.85% YoY to INR 414.32 crore, while its total income was INR 455.11 crore. For FY23, the company’s consolidated net profit was INR 152.34 crore and the revenue from operations was INR 2,082.32 crore.
