Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met his Jharkhand counterpart Hemant Soren to unite the opposition parties ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The leaders held discussions for an hour at Soren’s residence in Ranchi. Kumar mentioned that the talks were about forming a united opposition. He also added that they would oppose the Centre’s attempts to make changes in history and work to restore Hindu-Muslim unity.
