Currently the outsource their solvent extraction. It costs then 3000 per tonne + time + transport + loading + unloading. In-house will cost then 1200 per tonne which will not only make WC cycle faster but save cost expand margins.
New fractionation will ensure that their storage tanks get emptied faster since 2 fractionation facilities will utilize oil stored in tanks quickly which will result in quicker FG making and sale. Basically RM holding, WIP conversion period will reduce.
