Colgate-Palmolive India Q4 profit down 2.3% to Rs 316.2cr, Sales up 4% to Rs 1,341.cr

Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd reported a 2.27% decline in Q4 net profit at INR 316.22 Cr ($42.08m), impacted by a one-time tax reversal. Excluding this impact, the net profit grew by 8.5% for the quarter. Its sales during the quarter under review were up 3.9% to INR 1341.69 crore compared to the corresponding quarter last year. For the fiscal year ending March 2023, Colgate-Palmolive India reported a net profit of INR 1047.14 Cr, down 2.89% from the previous fiscal year.
