Aeroflex Industries is a subsidiary of listed firm SAT Industries engaged in the manufacturing of flexible flow solution products. SAT Industries holds 92.18% of Aeroflex Industries, which recently filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an IPO to raise about Rs3.5 billion.
