Bommai taunts contractors to quote 40% less in govt tenders now that Congress was in power
The Association must bid 40 % less in all the future tenders and then only it would prove that the commission prevailed during the BJP regime. If contractors continued to bid at the same amount, then it would imply the 40% commission existed under the Congress regime, too, he told the media.
