Pradyot Bikram Manikya Deb Barman earlier had meetings with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. In a video message, Deb Barman said that he is not a beggar, and he and his party’s fight is for a constitutional solution to the tribal issues and problems.
