Congress MP Adhir Ranjan makes controversial remarks on PM Modi over scrapping of Rs 2,000 notes
Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury criticized PM Narendra Modi over the withdrawal of Rs 2,000 currency notes. Chowdhury called PM Modi ‘Pagla’ and slammed the move stating it will worsen the already failing economy. He also stated that people are frustrated with the government and Congress should lead the fight against BJP. RBI had withdrawn the notes from circulation and advised banks to stop issuing them.
