Excise Policy case: Delhi HC allows Manish Sisodia to withdraw interim bail plea
Senior Advocate Mohit Mathur appearing on behalf of Sisodia, said his wife was in a better condition now. Sisodia recently moved bail petitions for a money laundering case related to the excise policy. The trial court had earlier dismissed his plea, stating the evidence collected during the investigation spoke volumes of his involvement in the commission of the offence.
