School jobs scam: SC stays HC order imposing Rs 25 lakh cost on TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee
The Supreme Court has stayed a Calcutta High Court order to impose a cost of Rs 25 lakh on Trinamool Congress’ Abhishek Banerjee, while hearing his plea relating to the school jobs scam case. The court listed the case for hearing in July, with Banerjee seeking an apex court direction for the CBI to not take any coercive measures against him.
