Adani Ports to announce Q4 results and dividend on May 30

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone will release its Q4 earnings on May 30 to declare the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The company said it will discuss the possibility of recommending dividends for the financial year 2022-23 during the board meeting. Adani Ports’ stocks closed 0.26% higher in BSE trade on Friday. The stocks fell over 11% year-to-date and over 17% in the past six months. As per Trendlyne data, the average target price of Adani Ports shares is Rs 834 per share with a 15% upside from current market prices.
