Put aside political differences, make new Parliament inauguration an occasion of national unity: Kamal Haasan
Actor-politician Kamal Haasan has urged India’s opposition parties to reconsider boycotting the inauguration of the new Parliament and make it an occasion of national unity. Haasan said any disagreements could be raised at a later date. “There is more that unites us than divides us”, he said, adding that the entire country is looking forward to the event.
