What does it mean when they say “Conversion rate”?
Does it compare –
- Total number of lounge walk-ins vs total customers who have lounge access cards?
Or
- Total number of lounge walk-ins vs total air passengers on a given day?
PS: Tried looking up the DRHP / Concall transcripts / Presentations but couldn’t find anything.
