Shriram Properties stated a 76% fall in consolidated net profit in Q4 FY21-22 at ₹15.82 crores due to lower revenue, compared to ₹64.83 crores YoY. Total income decreased to ₹170.97 crores in Q4 from ₹236.5 crores in the corresponding period of the preceding year. In the last financial year, the company’s net profit surged to ₹68.2 crores, a four-fold increase YoY, with total income growing to ₹813.92 crores. Sales figures recorded 4.02 million sq ft in the last fiscal year, increased by 25% YoY.
