Yes. This is my exact worry about the wonderla. What if Disney decides to open their shop in India? If Apple can start manufacturing iPhones ( even top end pro phones from next year) here, Disney can start their Disney land here also.
But of course, chances are less.
And also Wonderla may not become monopoly and the sole park company in India as already few listed players are there and also many local small parks with various ticket sizes.
