Adani Power jumps 5% after BSE raises circuit limit

Adani Power stocks rose over 5% after the Bombay Stock Exchange increased the circuit limit of the stock from 5% to 20%. Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission, and Adani Wilmar are among other stocks whose circuit limits have been revised to 10%. The move will likely increase investor participation and boost the Adani Group’s market presence. The Group has also repaid $2.65bn of loans recently, boosting investor confidence days after it dismissed fraud allegations made by a US-based short seller.
