PM betrayed Manipur, his stoic silence rubbing salt in wounds of people of state: Kharge
Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress president, criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s silent response to the ongoing violence in Manipur and accused him of betraying the people of the state. Kharge claimed that Modi’s stoic silence only added insult to injury, and that a simple appeal for peace could have been made.
