Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, has said that the central government’s ordinance on control of services in Delhi places the Chief Secretary above the Cabinet, and the AAP will challenge it in the Supreme Court. He has accused the Center of wanting to control Delhi through the Indian Administrative Service officers and snatching power from the elected government.
