The company started with IT services, then entered into human capital provider service by acquisition. It then again acquired a company to enter into e-surveillance & security space. Now it has entered into drone manufacturing and is claiming to be the first mover in this space.
To me the capital allocation decisions seem questionable since the sectors in which the company is entering are totally unrelatable to each other. Any views?
