Key NCP leaders to take call on Ajit Pawar’s desire for party role: Sharad Pawar

NCP President Sharad Pawar has said that a decision on Ajit Pawar being assigned a role in the NCP would not be taken by one person. Ajit Pawar had recently requested the party leadership to relieve him of the responsibility of the Opposition Leader in the Maharashtra Assembly. Sharad Pawar also responded to criticism from opponents claiming the NCP failed to give OBC leaders a party position, saying the first state NCP chief was Chhagan Bhujbal, followed by Madhukarrao Pichad and Sunil Tatkare.
